Christine brings a designer’s eye and an owner’s mindset to every project she takes on. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, she spent over a decade leading creative teams for brands like Saks.com, Barnes & Noble.com, Ideeli.com, and Artspace.com before turning her focus to the built environment. Today, she channels that experience into reimagining homes, guiding renovations, and helping clients make smart, beautiful decisions from start to finish.

As Owner and Principal, Christine oversees projects through every phase—from early design concepts and material selections to construction oversight and procurement. She acts as a trusted owner’s representative, helping homeowners, investors, and developers bring clarity, structure, and creativity to complex projects.

Her approach is hands-on, transparent, and rooted in both design excellence and financial discipline. Christine helps clients maximize value and potential—whether preparing a property for sale, transforming a long-overlooked home, or managing a new build with confidence and care.
